To ensure longevity, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI recommended). We also support PDF, AI, and PSD files for professional-grade printing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our custom transfers and apparel worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
What is your return policy for custom-printed items?
Since custom orders are made to your specific design, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part. Please contact support within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
